Course Outline

This instructor-led course focuses on implementing Cisco Spark in a Cisco Collaboration Cloud Organization environment. Delegates will configure on premise video endpoints via the Collaboration Cloud. There is a strong emphasis on lab oriented tasks for delegates to configure, verify and troubleshoot. The course runs as a ‘workshop’ environment where delegates can focus on specific areas of interest to them.

Prerequisites & Audience

The course will provide the skills and knowledge necessary to understand and implement Cisco Spark endpoints in a Cisco Collaboration Cloud Organization environment. The key focus will be on the requirements and the tasks needed to configure servers and endpoints. This course can be combined with additional Unified Communications version 11 Implementation courses.

Support and deployment personnel, Administrators, or anyone who or needs an understanding of a secure Cisco Unified Communications e.g. Channel Partner / Reseller, Customer, Employees.
