Introduction

The Poly Infrastructure Advanced course (INFADV / PCICT302) is an intensive 5-day advanced technical Instructor-Led Training (ILT) class, designed to provide practical instruction on more advanced aspects of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Polycom Clariti infrastructure solutions.

This demanding boot-camp course will be delivered as instructor-led training in the classroom. At least 70% of the classroom time will be spent completing hands-on labs.

Prerequisites & Audience
  • Poly Infrastructure Intermediate and/or
  • Poly Infrastructure Professional (INFRA-PRO) certification
Course Benefits

On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Deploy and configure complex customer solutions that integrate Collaboration Server, Resource Manager, DMA Core and DMA Edge and WebSuite
  • Use appropriate techniques to troubleshoot issues for Clariti deployments
