Introduction

This remote workshop will focus on the Reporter, Dashboard and Wallboard configuration and features of the MiVoice Office Application Suite. It will explain the configuration, functionality and operation of the Reporter, Wallboard and Dashboard.

The course provides the user the ability to try out labs within their own environment to enhance the knowledge of the product.

There are no student equipment and setup requirements. This course will be delivered via remote leader-led and with students receiving joining instructions prior to course commencement

• Understand the difference between Call List reports and Grouped reports

• Understand the various license levels of Call Reporter

• Understand the Call Reporter Licensing and how it affects what is stored in the database

• Manually run reports

• Edit report templates

• Filter reports

• Schedule reports

• Understand the PC requirements for running Real-Time Wallboard/Dashboard

• How to configure the different real-time tiles, lists and tickers for Wall Board and Dashboard in a real environment

• Use the on-line HTML help as a reference tool
