Introduction

You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the Mitel MiVoice Office 400 Release 6.0 Communications Platform.

After this course you are prepared to install and setup MiVoice Office 400 in accordance with the customer requirements.

Student logs in from remote to a classroom PC. From this PC, he/she has access to the training system to run
the lab exercises. In parallel the student is logged in to a Collaboration session to follow the instructor
explanations (audio) and view the training presentation (desktop sharing). A second display is recommended
to use on the student side.

Each day of the course is split into 3 parts, starting with a 2-hour course presentation, followed by a 30-min
pause, then another 2-hour presentation, another 30-min pause and finally the last 2-hour presentation for
the day.

The week before the course starts the student gets an invitation to a short test-session, to verity the
connection and clarify some questions. The necessary login credentials will be sent in advance to this test session.

Prerequisites & Audience

In order to enroll in this course, students must complete the following prerequisites available in Mitel Learning
Management System, Absorb.

  • MiVoice Office 400 Primer Self-Study

Recommended

  • Networking 4 VoIP (or CCNA, CTP or another equivalent Networking certification)
