Introduction

This 1 day course provides an in-depth review of Extreme Networks’ Fabric Connect advanced features for integrating SPBM with other protocols and solution requirements.

You will learn how Fabric Attach signaling is used to provision services at the edge and how expand the campus configuration by implementing Fabric Extend and Multi-Area SPBM.

Redistributing routes from outside protocols into IS-IS is discussed with route policies. You’ll also learn about how DvR provides Default Gateway Redundancy and optimizes traffic flows.

Lectures are supported with hands-on configuration of VSPs, Universal Hardware 5520, ERS, and EXOS.

Prerequisites & Audience

Student should good grasp of SPBM concepts and overall switch management.

Students should have earned the certification ECS – Campus Fabric Deploy.
