Description
This instructor-led workshop focuses on implementing video solutions in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 6000 deployment. Additionally, it looks at implementing Cisco Webex Teams in a Cisco Collaboration Cloud Organization environment, including Webex Cloud and Hybrid services. Delegates will configure on premise video endpoints via the Collaboration Cloud and monitor usage via Cisco Webex Teams Hub Reporting and Analytics features. There is a strong emphasis on lab oriented tasks for delegates to configure, verify and troubleshoot. The course runs as a ‘workshop’ environment where delegates can focus on specific areas of interest to them.
The workshop will provide the skills and knowledge necessary to understand and implement video endpoints using the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 6000 as well as Cisco Webex Teams endpoints in Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Hybrid environments. The key focus will be on the requirements and the tasks needed to configure servers and endpoints. This course can be combined with additional Unified Communications version 11 Implementation courses.

Audience: Support and deployment personnel, Administrators, or anyone who or needs an understanding of a secure Cisco Unified Communications e.g. Channel Partner / Reseller, Customer, Employees.
Prerequisites: Delegates should have previous experience with Cisco Unified Communications servers. It is recommended (not mandatory) that delegates have attended a Cisco Unified Communications Manager workshop.
