This instructor-led workshop focuses on first line support of endpoints (e.g. IP phones) in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployment. There is a strong emphasis on lab oriented tasks for delegates to configure and verify. The course runs in a flexible ‘workshop’ environment where delegates can focus on specific areas of interest to them. The course will provide the skills and knowledge necessary for first line support of Cisco Unified Communications Manager endpoints.
