Description

This instructor-led course focuses on using the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard client. There is a strong emphasis on lab oriented tasks for delegates to use and become familiar with Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard features. The course runs as a ‘workshop’ environment where delegates can focus on specific areas of interest to them.

Delegates do not require any previous experience with Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard. A basic knowledge of using telephones and/or computers is preferred.


The course will provide the skills and knowledge necessary for performing day-to-day tasks using Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployment. The focus will be on tasks such as handling calls as well as adding, moving and changing contacts in Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard. This course can be combined with additional Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unified Communications End User courses.
