This instructor-led course focuses on using the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard client. There is a strong emphasis on lab oriented tasks for delegates to use and become familiar with Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard features. The course runs as a ‘workshop’ environment where delegates can focus on specific areas of interest to them.
